About ArtPlantae Books
ArtPlantae Books believes that botanical illustration is an activity that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of skill level. We provide
naturalists, gardeners and artists with the resources they need to feature plant drawings in their sketchbooks, nature journals, garden journals, and field notebooks.
ArtPlantae Books is dedicated to offering informative resources and useful tools to all illustrators.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping & Handling Fees
Our shipping and handling fees are calculated online automatically and will appear on your order form.
Shipping Options
All orders are sent by US Media Mail. Please allow a delivery time of 3 - 10 days. Delivery times apply after orders have been processed and apply only to shipments within the contiguous 48 states. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer.
International Orders
International customers must complete and fax our International Order Form. This allows us to calculate all shipping costs and complete Customs forms.
Customers will be notified of all shipping charges via email, fax or phone. Customers must respond to our shipping notice within seven (7) days. If customers do
not respond to our shipping notice within seven (7) days, their order will be canceled and the items in their order will be returned to our stockroom. International
orders will not be mailed without customer approval.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Processing Time
Orders are currently processed between 1 - 3 days.
Changes to Your Order
Please review your order carefully before completing your order online. We are unable to add, change or delete
items after your order has been processed electronically. You will have to place another order if you discover that you forgot to include items in your bookbag.
Please note that each new order will be shipped separately and that the appropriate shipping and handling fess will be applied.
Out-of-Stock
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If we discover that an item in your order has
become temporarily unavailable, we will contact you.
Payment Options
For orders placed online, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For purchases made on-site at venues such as garden shows,
fundraisers and exhibits, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, and cash.
Returns
Returns of merchandise in new and salable condition are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please notify us of your return by sending a message to
bookstore@artplantae.com. If an item you purchased arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at
bookstore@artplantae.com or at 951-776-4696. Please save all
damaged packaging so that we can document your situation for our records and for the shipping carrier.

ArtPlantae Books employs the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your privacy and to secure your transaction. The
information that you enter into our order form is encrypted by GeoTrust. All online transactions are processed by Authorize.Net.
