ArtPlantae Books believes that botanical illustration is an activity that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of skill level. We provide

ORDERING INFORMATION
Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment has been approved by Authorize.net and has been accepted by the bank. This process takes 24-48 hours.
Changes to Your Order
Please review your order carefully before completing your order online. We are unable to add, change or delete
items after your order has been processed electronically. You will have to place another order if you discover that you forgot to include items in your bookbag.
Please note that each new order will be shipped separately and that the appropriate shipping and handling fess will be applied.
Out-of-Stock
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If we discover that an item in your order has
become temporarily unavailable, we will contact you.
Payment Options
For orders placed online, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For purchases made on-site at venues such as garden shows,
fundraisers and exhibits, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, and cash.
Returns
Returns of merchandise in new and salable condition are accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please notify us of your return by sending a message to
books@artplantae.com. If a return shipment is due to an error on our part, we will pay for return shipping. If an item you purchased arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at
books@artplantae.com or at 951-776-4696. Please save all
damaged packaging so that we can document your situation for our records and for the shipping carrier.

Shipping & Handling Fees
Our shipping and handling fees are calculated online automatically and will appear on your order form.
Shipping Options
All orders are sent by US Media Mail. Please allow a delivery time of 3 - 10 days. Delivery times apply after orders have been processed and apply only to shipments within the contiguous 48 states. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer.
International Orders
Please contact us directly at books@artplantae.com. Kindly include the items you would like to order so we may acknowledge your order and include shipping costs in our reply. Thank you.
